ARCHIVE - Changes made in AdviserGo are not showing in Adviser and vice versa **Voyant Adviser, UK and Ireland**

If you have Adviser and Adviser Go open at the same time, you will need to manually Sync in Adviser to see any changes made via AdviserGo. To do this re-open the client record:

1. Click the Open Client button Open_client.PNG(top-left).

2. Double-click on the client name in the list to open the client record. This should bring through the latest changes made, as changes auto-save in AdviserGo.

If this does not work, it may be that Adviser has lost connection to our servers. In this case, closing and re-opening Adviser should restore the connection and the changes made in AdviserGo will then be visible in Adviser. 


Conversely, to see changes in AdviserGo that you have made in Adviser, firstly make sure that you have saved the changes by clicking the Save button (disc icon). Then open the client record in AdviserGo or refresh your browser while viewing the client case.


Important note:  we recommend that you don't edit a plan with it open in both AdviserGo and Adviser at the same time to avoid overwriting your work. Close the client record in AdviserGo if you are going to make changes in Adviser and vice versa.
