ARCHIVE - Adjusting screen display when running Voyant on high resolution monitors **Voyant Adviser, UK and Ireland**

Q. Why is the text so small when I open Voyant Adviser? I just purchased a new monitor and it's almost unreadable and I can't correct it adjusting the display settings through the Windows control panel.
A. This typically occurs with the newer high resolution monitors. To adjust the display, open up the Java control panel and de-select the "Disable full-screen optimization" option. What follows are the steps to locate the Java control panel and disable the optimization:
Find the Configure Java file on your computer by either typing "Configure Java" into the search box adjacent to the Windows logo in the lower left of your screen, or opening the windows file explore folder and navigating to it: "This PC > Local Disk (C:) |ProgramData > Microsoft > Windows > Sort Menu > Programs > Java".
If you find the Configure Java file from a search on your computer, right-click on it and select "Open file location." Next, locate the Configure file in the Windows explore folder, right-click on it to bring up the Java control panel and select the "Properties" tab at the bottom.
This will bring up the Java control panel. Click on the Compatibility tab at the top and then tick the "Overwrite high DPI scaling behavior performed by:" Click the "Apply" button at the bottom followed by "Ok".
