Q - Which versions of Word are compatible with Voyant's Word reports?
A - Voyant's Word format reports are only tested for compatibility with more recent versions of
Word for Windows and Mac. The versions of Word we officially support are:
- Word for Windows - Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 (and future releases)
- Word for Mac OS - Office 2008, 2011, 2016 for Mac (and future releases)
Word for Office 2003 may also work but we do not test for compatibility with this earlier release.
Office 2000 is almost two decades old and not within our field of support.
There have been major upgrades to the software since that release.
Some users have reported that the free Open Office Writer word processing programme works well with our Word format reports.
