Scheduling a one-time payment - US

In this video, I will be walking you through how to schedule a one-time payment on a debt.

In the example today, I will open the Mortgage Debt:

  1. Go to the Debts and Loans section.

  2. Select the Primary Residence Mortgage.

  3. Click One-Time Payments and select Add a One-Time Payment.

  4. Enter $30,000 as the payment amount and schedule it for this year.

  5. Click Done.

You should see a spike in the cash flow for the first year. If you check the Debts section, the mortgage balance drops significantly from year 1 to year 2.

In Year View, you can see the additional payment reflected, and the graph shows that the debt is projected to be paid off by 2027.
