Client Teams - How to add a client record to a team

 

Option One - use AdviserGo

The simplest way to add a client record to a team is to do so from within the client record in AdviserGo. 

Open the client record, then click on the client name, top right, then click Team Assignment:

Select the relevant team from the dropdown, then click Done.

Note that the client records you share will appear to your teammate(s) on the software’s All Clients tab.#

 

Option 2 - use the Admin Console

You can also add client records to teams from the Home page:

Or from your client list in AdviserGo click the profile icon in the top right then select Administration.

Example of how to add a client record to a team. 


Open the client record you wish to share, go to Clients > Client Search. Enter the name of the client you wish to search in the provided fields. 

 


 

Open client record.

 

 

Select "Update Team". ​

 

 

 

Click on the dropdown box to find your team name and once selected click "Update".

Note that the client records you share will appear to your teammate(s) on the software’s All Clients tab.

If you currently have the Voyant software open you may need to close and reopen for the change to sync.
