Here are instructions on how to use the data extract report in AdviserGo
Once in AdviserGo open the client record and click on Client Reports.
Select which plan you wish to generate the report for from Report Library > Select a Plan dropdown
Click/tap on each report you wish to generate for your plan.
The selected plans are highlighted in green. Click again to remove the report from the selection.
Scroll up the screen and click Review, Configure & Generate, you can review the list of the reports in this section. The green button shows the number of reports selected.
To export the data and images select Export Options > Export raw data and images.
If you click on this option, this will then be highlighted in green.
Click Generate report
The information will go to your Downloads folder. Open the zip file and you will see separate folders for images, tables and any PDF document that the system has generated.
If you click into the folder Images > open the .png file to view the image.
Alternatively, click on the Tables file to view the Excel spreadsheets.
Simply toggle this setting off if you no longer wish to download the data extract file.
