FAQ: How to Cancel Your Subscription

We’re sorry to see you go, but if you’d like to cancel your Voyant subscription, here’s what you need to know:

How do I cancel?
Email us at support@planwithvoyant.com with your cancellation request. 

*These requests must come from the owner of the subscription. 

How much notice do I need to give?
You must give us at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date to process the cancellation. 

Will I get a refund?
All payments are non-refundable. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the notice period.

What happens after I cancel?
Once your notice period ends, your account will no longer renew, and you’ll lose access to the software.

What if I would like to restart my subscription?
We’d love to have you back! You have two options:

  • Reconnect your old subscription and data: There is a reconnection fee of £175 / $150 USD / $175 CAD / $275 AUD / €200 EUR. Depending on your region. 

  • Start fresh with a new subscription: No additional charge.
