What the Report Contains

Client and Plan Information

The report includes basic identifying details, such as the client name, adviser information, prepared date, and client file version. This helps confirm which plan and report version are being reviewed.

Financial Summary

The summary page shows the client’s current financial position, including:

  • Net worth
  • Total assets
  • Total liabilities
  • Client ages
  • Retirement ages

This section gives a quick overview of where the client stands today.

Cash Flow Projection

The cash flow chart shows projected inflows compared to projected spending needs over time. It may include income, basic needs, pre-retirement expenses, retirement spending, and major planned goals.

This helps show whether the client’s projected resources are enough to support their future lifestyle.

Goal Summary

The report displays the funding status of selected goals, such as retirement, education expenses, remodels, or other planned costs.

Each goal is shown with a funding percentage so clients can quickly see whether their goals are projected to be met.

 

Asset Allocation

The asset allocation section shows how the client’s assets are categorized, such as qualified assets, non-liquid assets, cash, or other account types.

This helps clients understand where their wealth is held and how their overall plan is structured.

 

 

Planning Insights

The report may include insight results such as:

  • Annual savings need
  • Investment return needed
  • Affordable retirement spending
  • Lump sum savings need
  • Life insurance needs

How to Run the Report
