Here’s the revised version for the Education Goal Summary Report:
The Education Goal Summary Report provides a clear summary of the education funding goals included in the client’s plan, helping advisers review projected education costs, available funding, and any potential shortfalls.
This report highlights the financial impact of future education expenses and shows how those costs may affect the client’s broader financial plan based on the plan assumptions.
Before You Run the Report
Before generating the report, confirm that the client’s plan includes an education goal.
The report will only be useful when:
- An education goal has been added to the plan
- The goal includes the student or beneficiary information
- Education cost assumptions have been entered
- The plan includes funding sources or projected cash flow to support the goal
How to Run the Education Goal Summary Report

- Select the three dots to the right of the report name and click Configure, if needed.

When Will the Report Generate?
The report will generate when the client’s plan includes at least one education goal with the required goal details.
This may include:
- Student or beneficiary name
- Education start date or projected enrollment date
- Duration of education funding
- Annual education cost
- Inflation assumptions
- Funding sources, if applicable
- Plan cash flow assumptions
If the education goal is missing or incomplete, the report may not produce meaningful output.
