How to add Notes and generate Plan Notes report - UK

 

You may wish to document relevant information in a clients plan in the format of a Note. 

To do this, click on the plan name, top right, then click Manage Plans.
 

 
Click Plan Details:
 

 
Type the notes in the box which appears then click Save.
 

To print these Notes as a Report navigate to Report > Overview Reports> Plan Notes > Add to Report > Generate Report.
