You will see the option to Deactivate device:
Next time the licence is logged into, follow the instructions to add a new device.
FAQ: I don’t have my original device and need to set up a new MFA/2FA method.
If you no longer have access to the device you originally used for MFA/2FA, please contact our support team at support@planwithvoyant.com. Let us know that you need your old authentication device deactivated. Once it’s removed, you’ll be prompted to set up a new MFA/2FA method the next time you log in.
