FinaMetrica Risk Profiles are added by completing an on-screen questionnaire in AdviserGo.
How to add a risk profile
1. Open the client record in AdviserGo and click the + button in the bottom right of the Dashboard then click Risk Profiles:
2. Select the person who is answering the questions in the Owner dropdown then click the Start Questionnaire button:
3. Complete the questionnaire with your client on-screen, clicking the Continue button to move through the questions:
Tip: you can use the Back button or the Question dropdown (top right) to jump to different questions if you want to revise earlier answers. Save and Continue Later can be used to save progress and come back to the questionnaire another time.
4. Once the final question has been answered, click the Calculate my score button to see the results:
5. The results will display on-screen with buttons available to Edit My Answers or Download Full Report. Click Cancel to exit the risk profile and return to the Dashboard.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for any other people in the plan for whom you want to obtain a risk score.
How to view existing risk scores
These can be viewed from the Dashboard. Click Risk Profiles to expand this section, then click on the name of the risk profile you wish to view:
Tip: you will be able to download the report from this screen, but you will not be able to edit the answers.
How to update a risk score
If your client already has a risk score in their plan and you would like to update it, you will need to delete the existing risk profile and create a new one, as each person in the plan can only have one risk profile.
We would recommend that you update the start date of the plan before doing this (if you haven't already done so) so that the old risk profile is still shown in the old plan, and the new risk profile can be created in the updated plan. Click here to find out how to update the start date of a plan.
To delete the existing risk profile, click on the Risk Profile on the Dashboard, click the bin symbol, then click the Delete button to confirm:
