In the Reports screen in AdviserGo there is an option Export raw data and images which generates the report charts as png images and the report tables as excel csv tables instead of a pdf report. These images and tables can then be copied and pasted into emails, presentations, reports etc.
Here are instructions on how to use this data extract option:
Once in AdviserGo open the client record and click on Reports.
Select which plan you wish to generate the report for from Report Library > Select a Plan dropdown.
Click on each report you wish to generate the raw data and images for.
Note: not all reports work with the data extract.
Those which do work include Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Cash Flow - Detailed, Income vs Expenditure, Net Worth, Assets, Assets - Detailed, Liquid Assets, Liquid Assets - Detailed, Debts, Expenses, Pensions and Taxes - Detailed, Legacy Chart and Potential IHT Insight (this list is correct as at April 2026)
The selected report sections are highlighted. Click again to remove the report from the selection.
Scroll up the screen and click Review, Configure & Generate, you can review the list of the reports in this section. The green button shows the number of reports selected.
To export the data and images select Data and Export Options > Export raw data and images.
When you click on this option, the text turns bold and it is highlighted.
Click the Generate Report button.
The data extract will be saved in a zip folder in your Downloads folder. Open the zip folder and you will see separate sub-folders for images, tables and any PDF document that the system has generated.
Click into the folder Images > open the .png file to view the image.
Alternatively, click on the Tables folder > open the .csv file to view the spreadsheet.
Tip: not all reports will generate both an image and a table.
These reports will generate a table only; Balance Sheet, Legacy Table, Pensions and Taxes Detailed.
These reports will generate both a table and a chart; Assets, Assets Detailed, Debts, Cashflow, Cashflow - Detailed (including Current Year Cashflow) Potential IHT, Expenses, Net Worth, Debts (this list is correct as at April 2026)
Simply toggle this setting off if you no longer wish to download the data extract file.
