Instructions for removing an integration link
Remove integration link
To remove any links to an integration for clients here are the instructions followed by screen shots below:
- In your client record, click on the name of the client and navigate to the admin console.
- Search for the client that is currently connected
- Click on the client’s name on the list
- In Actions on the left select ‘Remove Integration Linkage’ and then click Confirm
You will have to do this for each client, this cannot be done in bulk.
