Transcript

Today we’ll be discussing the different learning options available within the Voyant software.

Turning On Inline Help

First, navigate to the silhouette button → Preferences. Under Learning Center, make sure that Inline Help is toggled to Yes.

Once enabled, you’ll notice green underlined dots throughout the software. These indicate that there’s an inline help topic associated with that feature.

For example, on the Timeline:

  • Clicking the dot provides a brief description of the timeline.

  • You’ll also see a link to a detailed article explaining how the timeline works.

  • If a watch icon appears, that means a video is available with a step-by-step introduction.

Using the Help Section

You can also toggle over to the Help section. Here you’ll find:

  • A link to the Introductory Learning Track for AdviserGo, which includes articles and videos on:

    • What-If Plans

    • Insights

    • Presentations in AdviserGo

    • Reports and more

  • Links to training videos on our YouTube channel, updated regularly.

  • search bar to look up specific questions—this will surface any articles or videos already created on that topic.

Requesting Support

If you need additional help, there are two ways to reach out:

  1. Email: support@planwithvoyant.com

  2. In-App Support Request: Click on your client’s name and select Request Support. This opens a text box where you can:

    • Ask your question

    • Share client access (allowing our team to view the specific plan in question and provide tailored guidance)

Recap

In this video, we looked at the multiple learning resources available in Voyant:

  • Inline Help for quick explanations, articles, and videos within the software

  • The Help Section with structured learning tracks and a searchable knowledge base

  • Direct links to training videos on YouTube

  • Support options, including email and in-app requests tied to a client plan

These resources make it easy to find answers, learn new features, and get personalized support when needed.

Thank you for listening.
