Today I’m going to introduce you to Voyant ClientGo, our client-facing portal that allows advisors to share plans directly with clients.

We’ll start by logging into ClientGo. Once inside, you’ll see a clean dashboard that shows your client’s plan, timeline, and goals. The purpose of ClientGo is to give clients an easy way to view their financial plan, interact with events, and update information if needed.

To invite a client, go to your main Voyant adviser software and select Invite to ClientGo. You’ll enter their email address, choose which plan you’d like them to see, and send the invitation. Your client will then receive a secure email link to set up their login.

Once they log in, clients can:

  • Review their timeline and see important events like retirement, children’s education, or major purchases.

  • Open the Dashboard to track income, expenses, savings, and goals.

  • Use the Insights to explore retirement spending, savings patterns, and “what-if” scenarios.

If you want to update or adjust access, you can always return to the adviser software. From there, you can resend the invitation, allow them to update their own plan, or remove access entirely.

For example, if a client is planning a remodel, you can show them how to add this as a goal directly in ClientGo. They’ll be able to see the impact on their long-term plan instantly.

One of the key benefits is transparency—clients don’t need to understand every detail of the software; they just see the results. It creates better engagement and helps bring financial planning conversations to life.
