VC-4899 | Plan Facts and Assumptions: Drawdown Growth Rates not showing on a What If that has a Major Loss in Year 1

Corrected an issue in which the Plan Facts & Assumptions Report was not displaying a negtive net for growth in pensions when a major loss in year one is present. 

Steps to replicate: 

1. Add pension plans (Money Purchase, Drawdown Pension)

2. Add Major Loss Event in the first year

3. Generate a Plan Facts and Assumptions report 

Before: Net Growth displays on the application, but not on the report. 

After: Net Growth now displays on the report.
