ClientGo is our new goal centric, client facing platform which your Financial Adviser can use to gather information. It is an interactive and collaborative tool which personalises the planning process.
You will be invited to ClientGo by your Adviser. You can enter their current income, savings, expenditure as well as your future goals and lifestyle objectives.
You will receive an acceptance email from Voyant which you will need to complete.
You should accept the invitation. This link is found in the body of the email.
You will be prompted to complete your own username and password and to Sign Up.
After the registration has been completed, you will receive an acceptance email. You will be able to log in to ClientGo.
The journey starts here.
You are first prompted to 'Tell us about your family' where you can enter your own personal details as well as those of your partner, children, grandchildren etc..
Click 'Add Another Person' or the '+' for each new person and click 'Done' when all the people you wish to add to the plan have been entered. It is possible to edit this section and add or delete people later.
You are then taken to the Get Started Dashboard and work through the journey of adding your Goals, Finances and Expenses. You should click on Get Started in each of the Goals, Finances and Expenses tabs to add details to each section.
If you have a Goal of going on a once in a lifetime family holiday, you should select Get Started in the Goals tab.
There there you will see a menu of suggested Goals e.g.
You should select a Goal. The name of the Goal can be edited in the Name field. You can edit the owners of the Goal, by clicking the name tabs , and enter the amount you would like to spend.
An event is automatically created and this can be dragged along the slider to the age you would like this event to take place. NOTE the age is of the primary client.
Click Next. You can select the priority of the Goal by dragging the slider.
Click Done. You will see a visual summary of the Goal you have added.
Further Goals can be added or you can select Done Adding Goals to move on to adding Finances and Expenses.
You will see the progress of your personalised journey through ClientGo.
You will find adding new items, editing or deleting existing items in any section very intuitive. You will be prompted to select Done, Add Another or Delete.
A summary of the items entered in each section is displayed and when you are happy you have entered all of your Finances, for example, select Done Adding Finances.
Your progress is displayed each time a section is completed.
The completed sections move below the chart and at any time you can Add or Edit these sections by selecting the Add/Edit button.
The section still to be completed remains at the top of the page.
ClientGo saves automatically each time you enter a Goal, Finance or Expense item. Once you have completed this journey, ClientGo prompts you to let your Financial Adviser know.
To log out, you should select the head and shoulders icon in the top right of the page and select log out.
Your Financial Adviser can now see the personalised Goals, Finances and Expenses you have added and work with you to build your personal lifestyle plan.
