If your client has a consumer licence and you invited your client to VoyantGo or ClientGo, then this message will appear when the planner accesses the plan. Click TURN ON CLIENT LOCK.
This means that the client will be unable to make any changes to their plan while you're working on it.
This bar will now appear letting you know that once you have completed the changes, remember to click UNLOCK CLIENT, so your client can now make any changes.
